Shipping policy

Luin delivers from Finland to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, United Kingdom and USA. In partnership with our local Japanese distributor, we also deliver to Japan.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERIES TO DIFFERENT REGIONS

Finland
Pick-up from a PostNord parcel point – free delivery over 100€, otherwise 6,99€
Pick-up from a Posti parcel point 9,49€
Posti Home Delivery 13,99€

We deliver orders to Finland within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification and a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


Europe – All EU countries
All deliveries over 150€ are free of delivery fee. The fee for deliveries less than 150€ is flat rate 14,99€. The delivery time approximately 3-7 working days.


Europe – Non-EU countries Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and United Kingdom
Flat rate 29€ in all deliveries. VAT (25.5%) will be reduced from the total sum in shopping cart after choosing the delivery country. Please note that there might be some local custom duties and payments depending on country, which are part of your responsibility. The delivery time approximately 3-7 working days.

USA
Flat rate 39€ in all deliveries. VAT (25.5%) will be reduced from the total sum in shopping cart after choosing the delivery country. Please note that there might be some local custom duties and payments, which are part of your responsibility. The delivery time approximately 1 week.

Japan
We have a distribution partnership to Japan. Please go www.luinlivingjapan.com and place your order there.

Other countries

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, we offer a free 30-day exchange and return policy for orders within Finland. For international orders, any possible shipping costs are not refunded.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Please note that not picking up the order from the pick-up point is not considered a product return. Please ensure that the package is picked up on time. If you are unable to pick up your package for any reason, please contact us at info@luinliving.com. When an undelivered package is returned, we will refund the value of the returned products, but we will charge shipping costs and a handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The handling fee for deliveries within Finland is 10€, for EU deliveries it is 20€, and for non-EU deliveries, it is 30€.
