Customer Relationship Manager, International Sales
We are now looking for a result-oriented, talented and active new team member to strengthen our sales team, and to develop and execute our global brand strategy with us.
Your key role is to acquire and manage customer relationships mainly in Europe. You will be in charge of carefully selected retail channels, and manage projects sales with interior designers, spas and hotels. Your ambition is in helping your customers to succeed. Ability to travel is required. Twice a year we travel to Paris to meet many of our clients and prospects in a trade show (hopefully soon again…). Addition to that you, as a valued team member, will also be involved in our brand development. Our team is small and agile, and everyone’s opinion is appreciated.
The ideal position would be in Tampere, where our Brand Store and Showroom/Office is located. But in this digital world it is not a must, your experience, personality and skills value the most. Surely, we would like to meet you regularly in Tampere though.
Fluent written and spoken English is an absolute must, any other language skills are a big advantage. Experience and proven results in international b2b sales is required. Well-organized working methods are necessary to succeed in the role. Willingness to use and develop omnichannel CRM-tools is important. Enthusiasm for home décor is a plus. Finnish language skill is not a must, and you can also be self-employed.
