Payment and delivery

Luin Living delivers from Finland to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, United Kingdom and USA. In partnership with our local Japanese distributor, we also deliver to Japan.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERIES TO DIFFERENT REGIONS

Finland

Pick-up from Posti or Posti parcel point – free delivery over 100€, otherwise 5€. Posti Home Delivery 9 €. The delivery time 1-3 working days.

Europe – All EU countries

All deliveries over 100€ are free of delivery fee. The fee for deliveries less than 100€ is flat rate 7€. The delivery time approximately 3-7 working days.

Europe – Non-EU countries Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and United Kingdom

Flat rate 29€ in all deliveries. VAT (24%) will be reduced from the total sum in shopping cart after choosing the delivery country. Please note that there might be some local custom duties and payments depending on country, which are part of your responsibility. The delivery time approximately 3-7 working days.

USA

Flat rate 39€ in all deliveries. VAT (24%) will be reduced from the total sum in shopping cart after choosing the delivery country. Please note that there might be some local custom duties and payments, which are part of your responsibility. The delivery time approximately 1 week.

Japan

We have a distribution partnership to Japan. Please go to www.luinlivingjapan.com and place your order there.

Other countries

Would you like to order outside EU? Please contact us at info@luinliving.com and we will find out a best delivery option for you.

RETURN POLICY

It is important for us that you are satisfied with the Luin Living products you have ordered. If you wish to return or exchange, please send us an email within 30 days info@luinliving.com after receiving the product(s). We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the products.

Please notice that the delivery fees will not be returned. The products must be in their original packing, undamaged and with no signs of being used. Orders which are not picked up from delivery point are not considered as returned.

If you have received wrong or damaged products, please contact us immediately at info@luinliving.com.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Please note that not picking up the order from the pick-up point is not considered a product return. Please ensure that the package is picked up on time. If you are unable to pick up your package for any reason, please contact us at info@luinliving.com. When an undelivered package is returned, we will refund the value of the returned products, but we will charge shipping costs and a handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The handling fee for deliveries within Finland is €10, and for international deliveries, it’s €15.

SECURE PAYMENT

In the Luin Living shop (Luin Oy, business ID 2660735-3) you can pay securily and easily with most common cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express).

For Finns there are also other options such as online banks, Klarna and MobilePay.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj is an authorized payment institution, and acts as an implementer of the payment handling service in the Luin Living Webshop. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient of the payment on your invoice/bank statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to Luin Oy.
